Project Overview
The flooring layout was thoughtfully designed to suit the layout and function of each room:
- Games Room & Servery Kitchen:
We supplied and installed premium-grade engineered wide oak planks, offering a seamless and elegant flow throughout these leisure and service spaces. The natural tones of the wood brought warmth and refinement to the interior design. - Open Plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Area:
The heart of the home was finished with traditional herringbone parquet flooring, selected for its timeless character and refined pattern. The parquet was laid with exceptional attention to detail, creating a dynamic and luxurious surface that defines the grandeur of this open-plan space. - Bedrooms:
Smaller bedrooms were also fitted with herringbone parquet, maintaining consistency throughout the home while adding texture and visual interest. - Brass Inlay Detailing:
A custom brass inlay was installed along the perimeter of the parquet flooring in key rooms, serving both a decorative and functional purpose. This detail elevates the overall aesthetic and ties beautifully with the architectural character of the estate.
