1. Sourcing High-Quality Materials
We start by selecting the finest European oak, walnut, or ash wood for the top layer, also known as the “lamella.” This layer provides the aesthetic appeal and natural beauty of real wood. For the base, we use water-resistant birch plywood. This plywood base is essential for stability and durability, ensuring the engineered wood flooring is suitable even for rooms with fluctuating temperatures or humidity. |

2. Bonding and Pressing
To create a solid engineered plank, we bond the lamella to the birch plywood. We use high-pressure presses to ensure the top layer of real wood adheres securely to the plywood base, resulting in a durable and stable engineered wood plank. The high-pressure bonding process prevents delamination and creates a single, cohesive piece that’s ready for further shaping. 3. Precision Cutting The next step is cutting each plank into the intricate shapes that form the Mansion Weave pattern. This begins with cutting the central diamond shape, which forms the foundation of the weave. Each diamond is cut with precision to ensure geometric accuracy, so the pieces fit together perfectly. We conduct a preliminary test to confirm that all diamond shapes align tightly without any gaps. Following this, we move on to cutting the surrounding side pieces. Each piece is precisely measured and shaped to fit seamlessly with the diamond pieces, forming the distinctive weave pattern that’s unique to Mansion Weave parquet. |

4. Assembly Testing
Once all elements are cut, we run a final assembly test. This step involves laying out all pieces to confirm that each part fits perfectly without any gaps. This ensures the final product will be flawless and easy to install. The testing also verifies the overall geometric accuracy of the pattern. 5. Finishing Touches With all pieces cut and tested, it’s time for finishing. Each piece of Mansion Weave parquet is treated with high-quality oils and hard waxes. This finish not only protects the wood but also enhances its natural beauty, giving it a deep, rich look that will last for years. The hard finish also increases durability, making the flooring resistant to wear. To add even more sophistication, each piece comes with a tongue-and-groove (T&G) profile, allowing for a seamless fit during installation. Additionally, each element is crafted with micro-bevelled edges, which add depth and a refined appearance to the finished floor.

6. Final Packing and Delivery
After the finishing process, the Mansion Weave parquet is carefully packed to protect it during transport. Each package is meticulously prepared to ensure the product arrives in pristine condition.
