Wood Wall Panel 2

Wood Wall Panel 2 is a bog oak wall tile with a special finish, measuring 300mm x 300mm. Bog oak is oak that has lain in peat bogs or riverbeds for a very long time, where minerals naturally darken the timber to deep brown and near-black shades.

Few materials match the depth of colour that bog oak achieves. Because the darkening happens within the wood itself, the tone is rich and varied rather than uniform. With a special finish applied in the workshop, these squares make an elegant backdrop in luxury dining rooms, cocktail bars, private members clubs and dressing rooms.

Tiles are bonded to a flat, primed wall, with careful setting-out so the dark joints read cleanly. Use concealed or warm accent lighting to bring out the grain.
