About Ebony Live Edge Wood Flooring

Ebony Live Edge Wood Flooring is a near-black, brown-undertoned oak floor with organically curved boards, a two-layer engineered build sealed with hard-wax oil. It is softer than pure black, and those brown undertones keep the room warm.

Ebony shines in luxurious bedrooms, cinema rooms and high-end retail spaces, and contrasts strikingly with white walls and pale upholstery. In daylight the oak grain glints through the dark colour.

The board measures 17mm, with a 5mm oak top on plywood, tongue and groove all round and micro bevels on each edge. It is installed to a bespoke layout plan by gluing or nailing.
