About Douglas Fir 007

Douglas Fir 007 is a striking and contemporary finish that blends dark and light tones for a bold, character-rich appearance. The smooth sanded surface is treated with a deep black eco oil, allowing the natural grain of the Douglas fir to remain visible beneath the darkened surface. This contrast creates a beautiful interplay of shades—subtle highlights and deeper hues—giving each plank a unique and expressive look. Protected with a durable clear matt hardwax oil, Douglas Fir 007 offers long-lasting performance with a refined, low-sheen finish. Available on both solid and engineered Douglas Fir planks, this finish works exceptionally well in modern, industrial, rustic, and Scandinavian interiors—but also adapts effortlessly to classic or eclectic spaces, making it a versatile choice for bold, design-driven homes.
