About Douglas Fir 008

Douglas Fir 008 is a bold and dramatic finish achieved through a deep-penetrating black stain that saturates the grain, creating a rich, uniform deep black colour throughout the planks. Unlike surface-level finishes, this treatment enhances the natural texture of the wood while delivering an intense, sophisticated tone.
The smooth sanded surface is then sealed with a durable clear matt hardwax oil, providing long-lasting protection and a refined, modern finish. Available on both solid and engineered Douglas Fir planks, Douglas Fir 008 is perfect for contemporary, industrial, minimalist, and luxury interiors where a strong design statement is desired.
