About Cherry Live Edge Wood Flooring

Cherry Live Edge Wood Flooring is oak, not cherry: an engineered European oak floor coloured with a rich reddish-brown hard-wax oil that recalls cherry wood, with boards that keep their natural curved edge. It brings classic warmth to a distinctly modern format.

The cherry tint suits period homes, libraries, studies and dining rooms. It sits comfortably with deep green, navy and burgundy walls, and with antique furniture.

Despite its traditional colour, this is a modern build. A 5mm oak layer is bonded to 12mm plywood, keeping seasonal movement low and allowing use over self-regulating underfloor heating.
