About Larch Wood Flooring 006

Larch Wood Flooring 006 is gently brushed European larch finished with an eco oil in a warm reddish-brown, where the darker latewood stripes stand out clearly against a lighter base. It gives a rich, lodge-like feel to snugs, dining rooms and country homes.

The coloured oil emphasises larch's strong striped grain more than the pale finishes do, so the floor has plenty of pattern and depth. Engineered boards are 16mm or 21mm thick, 200mm or 250mm wide, in 1-5m random lengths or single planks running the room at up to 10m.

For joisted floors, solid larch comes 20mm, 28mm or 35mm thick, with room lengths up to 5m. Engineered planks suit underfloor heating, provided the floor surface does not exceed 27°C.
