Larch Wood Flooring - 007

Larch Wood Flooring 007 is gently brushed European larch finished with a black oil, so the darker latewood turns near-black while golden grain and knots glow through. It is a bold black larch floor for modern homes, studios and hospitality spaces.

Brushing before oiling is what creates the contrast: the oil soaks deeper into the softer earlywood, giving a striking two-tone grain no stain on oak can match. The engineered board measures 16mm or 21mm by 200mm or 250mm, with room-length planks up to 10m or random lengths mostly between 3m and 5m.

Thanks to its engineered build it copes with underfloor heating, provided the surface stays at 27°C or below. Solid black larch, 20mm, 28mm or 35mm thick, can be nailed to joists.
