Antique Bronze

Antique Bronze Solid Oak is solid European oak flooring in a warm bronze-brown tone, sanded smooth and finished with eco-friendly oil. Inspired by aged metalwork, it blends rich browns with subtle metallic undertones, a classic yet current choice for drawing rooms, studies and period homes.

Being solid timber all the way through, these boards can be sanded and re-oiled many times over their life, which is why solid oak suits Georgian and Victorian properties that are meant to last for generations. Choose 15mm or 21mm thickness and a 140mm, 160mm or 180mm width; lengths are mixed between 600mm and 1600mm.

• Bronze-toned solid oak flooring with a soft matt oil finish
• Edges micro bevelled or square, on two or four sides
• Secret nailed to joists or a timber subfloor, or glued to a sound screed
• Grades Rustic, Natural, Select and Prime
• Can be fully re-sanded many times

Solid boards are not our first choice for heated floors unless the system is approved for them; for heated floors, the engineered version is the safer option. Hoff Parquet Cleaner and Hoff Parquet Wax Refresher help the bronze oil keep its glow. Also available as Antique Bronze engineered oak. Order a sample or visit us in Edinburgh.
