Our “Smoked Oak” engineered European oak wood flooring was the centrepiece of this project. Each plank features:

- Natural grade oak with subtle colour variations and the occasional small knot for character.
- A gently smoked tone across the surface, enhanced by light brushing and delicate bevels.
- A randomly pitted texture that adds depth and a natural authenticity to the wood.
- A finish in premium hardwax oil, protecting the timber while creating a soft lustre that lifts the floor with a modern glow.

Bespoke Oak Stair Cladding
To complete the architectural flow, we produced custom solid oak stair treads and risers in the same “Smoked Oak” finish. This created a seamless transition between the floors and staircases. Additional bespoke oak detailing was also crafted to ensure consistency throughout the property, achieving an elegant, considered final finish.

Paired with crisp white walls and carefully selected bronze and iron details in the furniture, the “Smoked Oak” engineered wood flooring provides a backdrop that is at once warm, sophisticated, and distinctly modern.
