About Slight Grey Solid Oak
Slight Grey Solid Oak is sanded solid European oak in its natural state, finished with a grey eco-friendly oil. The delicate light grey softens the oak's warmth into a calm, modern neutral that suits Scandinavian, minimalist and contemporary interiors.
The grey oil enhances the grain without overpowering it, so the natural character of the oak still shows. It is a good way to refresh a classic home with a lighter, cooler floor. Supply is in 15mm or 21mm boards of 140mm, 160mm or 180mm width and 600mm to 1600mm length; being solid, they can be sanded many times.
- Light grey solid oak flooring
- Grey-tinted eco oil that lets the timber breathe
- Secret nailed to joists or bonded to screed
- Edges finished with micro bevels or left square
- Rustic, Natural, Select and Prime grades
For underfloor heating, we suggest engineered Slight Grey unless your system is approved for solid boards. Maintenance means Hoff Parquet Cleaner for mopping and Hoff Parquet Wax Refresher when the grey looks dry. Also available as Slight Grey engineered oak. Order samples or visit our Edinburgh showroom.
