Smoke

Smoke Solid Oak is medium smoked solid European oak, sanded and finished with eco-friendly oil and a natural hard-wax oil. Smoking deepens the colour through the timber, giving a warm, refined brown with gentle grain contrast that suits modern, classic and Scandinavian interiors.

Because the colour comes from smoking rather than a surface stain, it runs into the wood and looks natural from every angle. The hard-wax oil gives a low-sheen, hard-wearing top. The boards, in 15mm or 21mm thickness and 140mm, 160mm or 180mm widths, run 600mm to 1600mm long and can be sanded many times over their life.

• Smoked solid oak flooring in a balanced mid tone
• Durable hard-wax oil over a breathable eco oil
• Secret nailed or fully glued installation
• Two- or four-side micro bevels, or square edges
• Rustic, Natural, Select or Prime grades

Solid boards and underfloor heating are a poor match unless the system is approved; choose the engineered version for heated floors. Regular cleaning with Hoff Parquet Cleaner and a periodic coat of Hoff Parquet Wax Refresher keep the smoked surface healthy. Also available as Smoke engineered oak and Smoke Herringbone Parquet.
