It is handmade in Europe and finished with natural oils and waxes plus a water- and stain-repellent coating, which keeps a spilled glass of water from leaving a mark. The drawer is roomy enough for books, glasses and remote controls, while the flat top has space for a lamp, an alarm clock and a small plant or ornament.
